2. Services

We provide travel-related information, marketing, and lead capture experiences in connection with group travel, cruises, camps, and custom planning. Availability, pricing, and itineraries for specific trips are subject to change and confirmation outside of these Terms unless otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement.

3. Eligibility & conduct

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to submit personal information through our forms. You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, or attempt unauthorized access.

4. Communications & SMS

If you provide a mobile number and opt in, you consent to receive transactional and promotional text messages from us as described in our Privacy Policy. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of marketing texts and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

5. Third parties

Our Services may link to third-party sites or tools (for example, booking partners). Those third parties have their own terms and privacy practices; we are not responsible for their content or policies.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR (B) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US (IF ANY) FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

8. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that state or federal courts located in Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from these Terms or the Services, subject to applicable law.

10. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
